So without any further discussion, let’s get into the list of our picks under 7000.
Best Android Phones under 7000
1. Lenovo Vibe K5
The Lenovo Vibe k5 identically looks like its siblings,i.e., Other Lenovo devices. It’s available in 3 colors: silver, gray and gold respectively. It’s not the sleekest phone overall but not the low-end device at least in terms of looks. The body is all plastic, except Back middle area. The grip of the device is pretty good and easy to use.
Coming to the display, it is a 720p panel, the resolution is about 720*1080 which is quite decent with good viewing angles. The colors look sharp and display itself doesn’t feel like a 720p one. Coming to the device, it just looks like another device from Lenovo as I previously said the same thing. It actually looks like a shrunken down Lenovo K5 Note. By the way, K5 Note is launched along with this device, as Lenovo targeted to hit the budget levels.
The camera though, Not bad actually. The rear camera is a 13MP shooter. This 13MP shooter shoots images as well as videos with a good quality. The Images which are shot outdoors came out to the sharp, with a good level of detail. The thing is images which are shot with steady hands came out to be excellent, But shaky hands make it blur. The 5MP front facing shooter is a good one. It maintains a good level of detail with lesser saturation levels. Images came out to be looking paled out!
Underneath the hood, This k5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC. This chipset integrates eight 64-bit Cortex-A53 CPU cores which are clocked up to 1.4GHz each which is coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. Gaming though, kind of disappointing with quite a bit frame drops even with some intensive titles. With that being said, let’s talk about battery now. The 2750mAH battery doesn’t disappoint average user, with a minimum of 8 hours of screen on time with over-moderate kind of usage. Overall a good consider for people who don’t have the patience to get a Xiaomi device during Flash Sales.
2. Moto E3 Power
Moto E3 power is one of the great devices we’ve come across. Firstly let’s talk about the display. This 720p display is pretty decent on the device. By the way, this is one the biggest display, on E-series devices. All the viewing angles are good. The design resembles the Moto G4 in most of the Aspects, the typical Moto 2017 design.
The camera is an 8MP shooter with Auto focus. The front facing camera is of 5MP. In outdoors the 8MP rear camera performs better in natural lighting. In artificial lighting also it performs better than we do expect. In completely indoors with artificial lighting, lots of noise pops up. The front facing camera is a good shooter. The images came out to be good, but a bit un-natural. The video resolution is 720p, which is highest by the way. Video quality is good with over saturated colors. Quality remains better though.
Gaming Is kind of 50-50. Few of the users say it’s good and few of them said it’s bad. But my opinion is as it is powered by a 1GHz Quad-Core processor with MediaTek 6735 along with Mali T-720 GPU. The CPU, MediaTek 6735 is 64 bit ARM based Soc. Most of the games run without lag or frame drops, but heavy titles like asphalt and NOVA trouble to run in good frame rates though.
With that being said you can easily get 7-8 hours of SOT with Moderate usage but with heavy usage, it can get 5 hours of SOT.
3.Xolo Era 2x
The Xolo Era 2x is exclusively launched and sold via Flipkart. It sports a 5-inch IPS LCD display with 720 panel and resolution is around 720*1280 pixels. The pixel density of 294ppi. The display’s viewing angles are good with super accurate colors and good colors.
The design is highly imitated from some Micromax devices. The camera and fingerprint placement remained in their actual position, where there are being placed in most of the devices these days. It’s running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with typical Hive UI on top of it! Hive UI is complete stock Android experience with few tweaks here and there.
The Camera part came out more on the unexpected side. The 8MP rear camera can take images very great than any other devices at this price point. The depth of each image is excellent in outdoors. In Indoors though, the same effort by the camera and the same result comes out just like other cameras at this price point! The 5MP front facing camera is excellent, at least outdoors. In Indoors, images come out with lower clarity, that is to be expected from cameras at this price point.
Underneath the hood, it is powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor coupled with ARM Mali T720 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of OnBoard storage. Gaming is acceptable though. All this is backed with 2500mAh battery.
4.Yu Yureka S
Yu is sub brand of Micromax. Yu devices are loved by most of the developers. So, you can get obviously good development. The display is 5.2-Inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080*1920. This is the best display smartphone you can get under 7000INR. The viewing angles in this device are top-notch.
The design looks like a Sony Device from the front and the back remains same Yu style. With a big Bordered camera. The build quality is so nice, the plastic body which is built tight and holding it looks so stylish. It’s running on Android 5.1 Lollipop and Don’t worry about that, If you are pro user, there are Tons of custom ROMs available.
Cameras are good, and best in the range. This is one of the best camera phones under 7000 rupees and in outdoors the depth and colors are accurate. In indoors the noise levels are less but images are over saturated. The selfie camera is also great. The level of detail is great as it is expected and images are with less contrast.
Underneath the hood, its is powered by 1.1Ghz Qualcomm SnapDragon 615 processor which is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Gaming is quite excellent. It can easily handle Heavy titles like Asphalt, Modern Combat, and NOVA. All this is backed with 3000mAh battery which can get you through an entire day. Best phone at this price point!
5.NUBIA N1 Lite
Nubia is sub brand of ZTE. The display of this device is 720p one, with a resolution of 720* 1280. The display is the big one in this list, which is of 5.5inch with some good viewing angles overall and this display has 2.5D curved display, I mean glass. The design is excellent, the device itself feels rich while holding and design looks rich too. For people who really consider design, this one is wise.
The cameras are good though, The 8MP rear facing the camera with 4P lens and F2.0 Aperture performs excellently in outdoors and landscaped are very good with this rear camera. Video recording is good though, it can shoot videos at 30FPS and the Front camera also performs well in natural lighting. In indoors with less kind of lighting, both cameras suffer a lot.
This N1 lite is powered by 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 Quadcore processor which seems to be OEM’s most preferred processor. It’s powered by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage which can be expandable though. Gaming is kind of Okay, but phone tends to heat up a lot. All this is backed with 3000mAh non-removable battery. You can get around 8 hours of SOT. If looks definitely matter for you, consider this device.
